Online purchases: For online purchases, if you return the item within 7 days of receiving it, I can offer a refund of the price of that product (excluding the original delivery charge). This is provided that the product is returned unused and undamaged, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any postage charges of the return. I cannot offer a refund of any product bought online after the 7 day period from when you received it. I do not offer online exchanges, the customer must follow the above policy for returning a product and order the new product as a separate online order.
In-store purchases (Pop Up Shop only, when applicable): I offer a 7 day exchange policy in-store only. If the goods are in their original state and packaging, you may exchange for another item of equal or greater value. After the 7 days, this option is not available unfortunately. Refund is not available in store.

EXCEPTIONS: I do not offer exchange or refund on earrings, dogs tags, mugs and bottles, for hygiene reasons, unless they are received damaged. I also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
