Delivered safely in a cardboard box.
Shipping Charges:
€5.95 shipping charge per order for Ireland.
€10 shipping charge per order for UK.
€40 shipping charge per order for USA.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Deliveries to Ireland usually take 2-4 business days.
Deliveries to The UK & USA can take about 2 weeks due to customs clearance.
Any import duty due is not the liability of Saucy Pups. It must be paid by the customer.
Standard Postage: Most items will be sent by Standard Post with An Post. Once the package is accepted by the post office, I do not have the ability to track it. Please allow up to 2 weeks before reporting it missing / undelivered. If 2 weeks has passed, please email me at info@saucypups.com and I will be happy to help you.
Tracked Postage: Large or heavy orders (e.g. Tiny Town Large frames) are sent with Tracked Postage with An Post. If this applies to your order, you will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. Tracked postage may take up to a week to arrive.
Busy Time Periods: Please be aware that shipping times will be longer at busier times of the year, like Christmas. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive. If you are unsure of timelines, send me an email at info@saucypups.com.
Weekends / Public Holidays: Please note shipping times are based on normal working weekdays. Allow extra time for orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays.
